Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If a prepaid order is canceled before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellation After Shipment: If a prepaid order is canceled after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping fees for both the initial delivery and the return.

Terms & Conditions for Partial COD Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If a partial COD order is canceled before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid in advance.

  • Cancellation After Shipment: If a partial COD order is canceled after it has been shipped, the refund of any amount paid in advance will be processed after deducting the shipping fees for both the initial delivery and the return.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds if the item is delivered in good condition and is not expired. However, Goods are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.

  • The Goods have not been consumed and are in their original, unopened packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specific requirements or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date). This is due to their nature and potential health risks.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., personal care items).

  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Order that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Process of Refund for Returns

Refunds will only be initiated once the returned Goods are received back at our warehouse and inspected. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

For Cash on Delivery Orders where a return is approved, please send your bank account details or UPI ID to prateek@wellnessgrain.com along with your order details. The refund will be processed to the provided ID. We will use this information solely for processing the refund and will keep it secure.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof34 of received return delivery.

Disputes Regarding Delivered Orders

Disputes regarding orders marked as "delivered" but not received, or if the customer receives a partial, damaged, or opened product, must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation. This timeframe allows us to investigate the issue promptly and efficiently.

Terms and Conditions in Case of Partial/Damaged/Tampered/Compromised Product Received

In the event that, upon accepting delivery, the Customer notices any indication that the package is compromised, damaged, or tampered with, the Customer must follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery:

a. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.

b. If the package appears compromised, damaged, or tampered with, the Customer must either:

i. Reject the delivery; or

ii. Accept the delivery only after providing a negative Proof of Delivery (POD) on the courier's document and taking photographs of the negative POD provided to the courier.

  1. In case of acceptance of delivery of a partial/damaged/tempered/compromised order by the Customer:

a. The Customer must mandatorily provide the following within 3 days of delivery:

i. Negative Proof of Delivery (POD) in the form of a clear image.

ii. A complete 360-degree unboxing video that clearly shows the shipping label, the unopened condition of the box before opening, the opening process, and the contents received. Images of the inner contents are also required.

  1. Rejection or Negative POD:

a. If the Customer rejects the delivery or provides a negative POD:

i. The Company will investigate the issue and may, at its discretion, ship the missing or replacement product(s).

ii. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after investigation.

  1. Damaged Products without Negative POD and 360-degree Video of unboxing:

a. If the Customer accepts a visibly damaged product without providing a negative POD and a 360-degree unboxing video as per the requirements, the Company will not be liable for any return, refund, or replacement.

  1. Timely Submission:

a. The Customer must provide all required documentation (negative POD, unboxing video, photographs) within 3 days of the delivery date. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the claim.

  1. Liability:

a. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the Customer’s failure to adhere to these Terms.

b. The Customer acknowledges that the timely submission of all required documentation is crucial for processing claims related to partial or damaged product receipt.

Definition of Negative POD (Proof of Delivery):

Negative Proof of Delivery (Negative POD) is the recipient’s acknowledgment sheet provided by the courier. When signing for a delivery where the package is damaged or only partially received, the recipient must clearly note “damaged” or “partial product received” below their signature. A photograph of this signed sheet serves as crucial evidence. This process ensures the proper handling of issues with the delivery.

Note: If the delivery team does not have this sheet available, it is strongly advised to reject the delivery until the necessary documentation can be provided. This process ensures proper handling of issues with the delivery.
