Free shipping is applicable only when expressly mentioned as part of a promotional campaign or special offer. In all other cases, standard shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Details Required
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate postal address including PIN code, email address, and contact number. Wellness Grain will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of order.
Order Processing Time
- If the ordered product is in stock, it will typically be packed and dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse.

If an item is unavailable or under production, dispatch may take up to 10 working days from the date of order. Customers will be notified in such cases.
Processing timelines refer only to dispatch from our warehouse and do not include delivery transit time.
Delivery Timelines
Our courier partners generally deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via email. Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.
Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts unsuccessful, unavailability of the customer, or non-acceptance of delivery, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling costs.
