Bhujia is an emotion. It is the crunch we reach for when guests come over, when it rains, or when a bowl of poha needs that extra magic. But standard market bhujias are often heavy, made entirely of basic besan or potatoes, and leave you feeling sluggish.
We wanted to keep the fun but upgrade the food.
Welcome to Pudina Masti. We kept the 85% jowar base — light, ancient, genuinely good for you. Then we did the part most millet snack brands skip: the spices. Real pudina powder, not synthetic mint. Tangy amchur for that sour kick. Nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon for the warm finish. Himalayan pink salt and black zeera for the gut. This is not a one-note snack. It hits cool, then tangy, then warm — in that order.
It hits your tastebuds with a cool, minty tang, followed by a warm, spicy crunch. It is light, it is zesty, and it is proof that healthy snacking does not have to be boring.
